We are recruiting a Head of Infrastructure, reporting to the CIO, to define and deliver the global Infrastructure Strategy – cloud, networks, servers and workplace tech – moving from legacy / regional to a modern & standardised IT Infrastructure to improve reliability & supportability.

Taking ownership of the global infrastructure roadmap, you’ll find yourself leading the infrastructure team to deliver standardised and modernised IT, where you will:
- Develop and deliver the global IT infrastructure roadmap to standardise infrastructure to improve reliability and supportability as it moves from site/ regional to centralised / group IT function.
- Lead & Develop the Infrastructure team to deliver the infrastructure projects successfully
- Own budget & contract management of all infrastructure including selection and negotiations
- Ensure 3rd line support delivery with a focus on ITIL ensuring business needs are met
- Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of change
- Ensure IT Infrastructure fits the needs of the business considering growth.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a solid background in IT Infrastructure with a mid-sized company and still be technical engaged to create the roadmap / technology selection
- Have delivered technology change though successful team leadership
- Developed people
- Experience of ITIL, Azure hybrid, MS 365, Networking, endpoint and cloud tech
- Bring communication, negotiation and influencing expertise.
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + £7k car allowance + bonus + comprehensive benefits package
Location: Bristol Hybrid – 2 / 3 days a week in the office
