Are you a Business Analyst with HR applications expertise, who’d relish the opportunity to join a global transformation as primary business partner to the HR function & implementation of Dayforce?
Our client is a UK innovative company with global operations in engineering technology design, development and manufacturing. It’s starting a global transformation to standardise, optimise and align processes across its numerous applications including HR / HRIS / HCM having selected Dayforce.
As Business Analyst for HR Applications / Dayforce, you’ll understand business needs, improve HR processes and translate requirements into secure, scalable & supportable technology solutions. Replacing multiple HR applications used at various global locations with Dayforce, you’ll also:
- Act as the main IT liaison & partner for HR, understand HR strategy, priorities and translating these into technology requirements for Dayforce
- Support the HR systems roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with business value
- Lead HR requirements gathering, produce requirements, user stories, process maps and functional specs, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Contribute to business cases & project initiation documentation
- Support the implementation, configuration & optimisation of Dayforce liaising with HR, IT and the implementation Partner followed by continuous enhancement and improvement. This includes supporting data migration, cleansing & validation.
- Define workforce reporting requirements / HR metrics.
- Engage with vendors re product roadmap that will benefit the business
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with HR / HRIS / HCM applications ( Dayforce would be advantageous but is not essential)
- Delivered improved HR applications such as enhancements, optimisation, modernisation or upgrade, with a preference for a global experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes experience of requirements gathering, process mapping etc
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – confident working with HR leaders, IT teams, and engineers alike.
- Experience working in manufacturing or multi-site environments would be a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working independently, introducing structure, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

Salary: circa £60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
